Picture of Gift

Hmm, I seem to have some sort of picture posting thing going on here. Anyway this was another picture I took at Axel’s birthday get together. Click on the thumbnail above to see a larger version of the image.

I must apologies for the quality of the scans, as these were originally taken with an old 35mm SLR camera, they had to be scanned in. The scanner used a year ago obviously needed a bit of a clean.

A picture of sunrise with the silhouette of a tree and bushes in the foreground

Oooo, three posts in two days, this must be a record. Anyway I was going through some of my pictures and came across this picture I took when I was still living in Eythorne. Again click on the image for a larger version of the picture.

Picture of Canterbury Cathedral

Thumbnail image of Canterbury Cathedral

Last night I took some pictures of Canterbury Cathedral from the University of Kent campus. I managed to get a number of good shots of the Cathedral, even though it was a little breezy. Anyway I took one of these pictures and generate this image using a series of filters in Photoshop. I’m actually really impressed with the result, and thought I would share it with you. Click on the image for a larger version of the picture. For the sake of web users, I’ve reduced the size of the full image. If you want the full sized image then just let me know and I’ll sort it out for you.

A day of testing

November 28th, 2006

I think the easiest way to sum up today so far and what I expect the rest of the day to be is “ARGH!”. Normally testing code can be fun, working to break something that you have created. However, today I just don’t seem to be able to motivate myself or get excited about the prospect of testing psychology based experiments. I’ve already tested three experiments, which only need minor tweaks and have four more remaining. Roll on tomorrow when I can get back to working on my own data analysis software for the eye tracking lab.

Oh by the way, hello to everyone that I have spoken to, life as usual has been mad.
